About TMT Bar
Thermo Mechanically Treated Steel, also known as TMT Steel, is the most desired material for reinforcement bars in construction. It has high corrosion resistance and exhibits better properties than other steel bars. They are much stronger than CTD (Cold, Twisted, and Deformed) bars, giving any concrete structure 20% more strength.
TMT bars come in different grades that include Fe:415/500/550/600 & are used, depending on the type of infrastructure project.
TMT bars are widely used for the reinforcement of concrete structures like towering buildings, dams, bridges, platforms, ceiling slabs, etc.
Thermo Mechanical Process combines mechanical deformation processes like forging, rolling, etc., with thermal processes, like heating and cooling.

TMT bars are widely used in the construction industry due to their fantastic construction flexibility. TMT bars provide superior welding, working, ductility, and elongation properties.
